GENERAL COMPETITION
Creative Event Proposal
The Creative Event Proposal is a competition that challenges participants to design an event plan presented in the form of a proposal. This competition tests participants' skills in organizing an event that aims to introduce the culture, values, and identity of a specific region or country—either nationally or internationally—through food.
The theme for this competition is “From Local to Global: The Story Behind a Plate of Food.” This theme is designed to preserve and promote traditional dishes while helping protect cultural identity. It encourages the younger generation and the global audience to learn about the richness of local culture.
In addition, this preservation effort also supports the sustainability of local economies and the environment by using natural ingredients and eco-friendly cooking methods.
